Notice of annual meeting of members of canadian msb association

NOTICE is hereby given that an annual meeting the members of CANADIAN MSB ASSOCIATION (the “Corporation”) will be held at Toronto Public Library – Toronto Reference Library, 789 Yonge Street, Appel Salon (Second Floor), Toronto, Ontario, on the 7^th  day of November, 2018, at the hour of 8:00 a.m. (Toronto time) for the purpose of considering:

1. Receive the annual financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended December 31, 2017;
2. Elect directors;
3. Dispense with auditor/Public accountant; and
4. Transacting such further and other business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
