The CMSBA is made up of an all-volunteer Board of Directors and underneath this board are a group of different committees that report to the board on various industry issues.

Member Benefits
Advocacy
It is the responsibility of the Advocacy committee to look at all compliance related matters and in response organize a Code of Conduct (Compliance Maturity Model) that all members agree to abide by. In addition the Advocacy Committee will start to pull together membership data so we can better understand the issues affecting our industry and offer better solutions.
Finance
As the name suggest the Finance committee looks after the accounts of the Association, ensures all members are paid up, all payments have been made and our finances are in good working order.
Website
The Website Committee ensures that all website material is accurate and up to date. It also ensure that it is an appropriate gateway both members and visitors to contact the association.
Communications
The Communications committee makes sure that all membership data is up to date and contacts the membership directory on any relevant issues including upcoming member events
Conference
The Conference Committee plans all future events for the members, this includes the cross Canada training events in the spring and the annual General meeting in the Fall. The work hard to make sure that we have excellent content and dynamic speakers to keep all members updated on key issues.
